The 2009 Summer Bank Holiday 8-Ball Pool Challenge
Entries are now being taken for this tournament, to be held at one
of the midlands top cue sports venues on Monday 31st August, and as
always players are guaranteed a great day of English pool for a very
competitive entry fee. Pool players from around the midlands, north
west and south of England are expected for this event and places are
strictly limited and available on a first come first served basis.
Once its full no further places will be available so enter early to
avoid disappointment!
For your added convenience entry can be obtained via our online
store. Subject to numbers this event may also include LIVE
broadcasting on the Premier Pool Promotions website. Forum

Venue: Club 147 Pool & Snooker Club, 1st & 2nd Floor, 171 Belgrave
Gate, Leicester LE1 3HS. Tel: 0116 2620942 . The venue is just a
short walk from Leicester railway station and is ideally located
from the city centre. Leicester is also located ideal geographically
and is easily accessible from most parts of the country.
As well as the obvious excellent pool on show the club also boasts
other features to make the day even more entertaining.
Facilities include:
12 Supreme pool tables
8 Snooker tables
5 American pool tables
Games room
Wireless internet
Plasma TV's with Sky Sports
Poker tables
Hot food and bar snacks
Drinks offers
Families welcome
Draw: Subject to a full advance entry list the draw to be made in
advance and if the event is full all players will be notified of
there individual start times and the full draw will be published in
advance on uk8ball.com, premierpoolpromotions.co.uk
and various regional websites.
Format: First round matches commencing at 11am sharp (Doors open
10am). All matches played to full World rules, best of 11 frames.
Players will lag for break. All players will be contacted with their
start times and must register at the time given.
Prize fund: Anticipated over £700 (paid down to Last 16, subject to
numbers) with the winner expected to get over £200. The prize fund
will be amended if entries exceed anticipated numbers. All prize
money to be paid out on the day of event.
Dress Code: There is no dress code for this event.
Officials: The event is organised and run by Darren Finch and James
Hardy, on behalf of Premier Pool Promotions. Please text/telephone

Remember, this event is strictly first-come first-served and once
its full no further entries will be taken so enter early to avoid
disappointment. All of our previous 64 player events filled up very
quickly so don't miss out!.

Post - Cheques for £15 (£7 for non-international ladies/under 17s)
