Event Rules, Regulations & Disclaimers
This is the bit where we list our event rules and regulations.

|
 |
Individual Events
 | All events played to WEPF World Rules unless otherwise stated.
|
 | Entry is only confirmed when payment has been received, promises
of money are not binding and your prospective place is at risk if
you don't pay your balance.
|
 | Once payment is made for an event, it cannot be refunded.
If plenty of notice (minimum 14 days) is given we will endeavor to
fill the place and exchange your place for entry into another
Premier Pool Promotions event. We like nothing more than for
events to be full and fully understand that occasionally unforeseen
circumstances cause people to miss events. If you can fill
your place yourself please contact the
tournament
director to discuss and arrange this.
|
 | Pre event draws wherever possible at all our events.
|
 | All events to be paid out on the day. No
delayed payments, all events will be paid promptly. The
management reserves the right to pay large sum's via cheque for the
players and organisers safety.
|
 | Start times will be released on premierpoolpromotions.co.uk,
uk8ball.com and often via text message to players where requested.
|
 | Plate Events are free to enter as second chance for the players.
Where possible we will run these events, however no guarantee can be
given that they will always take place especially if the schedule of
the main event falls behind.
|
 | If a problem exists with a game or with a table please inform
the
tournament
director so it can be rectified.
|
 | If you are bringing children please check with the venue prior
to travelling.
|
 | All tournament decisions are final.
|
 | Prize funds are not guaranteed unless stated. This is
purely because we don't take massive cuts from our events and
therefore can't take losses on events we run.
|
 | All advertised payouts are based on a minimum of 64 paid
entries, PPP reserves the right to not increase prize pools if more
than 64 advanced paid entries are received but will endeavor to do
so wherever they feel this is justified. Where 64 advanced
paid entries are not reached the prize pool will be adjusted
accordingly.
|
 | If you are not at a venue when your match is called you may be
given some grace, however to avoid players turning up well after
their start time they will be placed on the clock and lose a frame
every 5 minutes until they can no longer win the match
and will be eliminated. This does not affect your right to
enter the plate event should you arrive after that time.
|
 | Please respect the venue's, other players (both at events and
club members), the car parking facilities wherever they exist, the
venue and event staff (none of which are paid enough to be abused
for the hard work they put in).
|
 | In case of any event failing to be started due to unforeseen
circumstances then all monies will be refunded or entry will be
moved to other events at the players request.
|
 | If a tournament has started and failure to complete the event is
caused due to act of nature, power cut (this has happened) or other
reasons beyond our control then all players remaining
in the tournament will receive equal monies. Eliminated
players will not receive anything. |

Tours
 | All events played to WEPF World Rules unless otherwise
stated.
|
 | Entry is only confirmed when payment has been received,
promises of money are not binding and your prospective place is
at risk if you don't pay your balance. Often our tours will
accept a deposit which will confirm your entry for the next
year's tour. This fee is not refundable and is at risk if
you don't clear your remaining balance by the deadline date.
|
 | Once payment is made for a tour, it cannot be refunded.
If plenty of notice (1 month) is given we will endeavor to fill
the place and exchange your place for entry into another Premier
Pool Promotions tour, series or multiple of singular events.
We like nothing more than for events to be full and fully
understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances cause
people to miss events. If you can fill your place yourself
please contact the
tournament
director to discuss and arrange this. During
tours we don't allow players to swap single events between
themselves.
|
 | Pre event draws wherever possible at all our events.
|
 | Plate Events are free to enter as second chance for the
players. Where possible we will run these events, however
no guarantee can be given that they will always take place
especially if the schedule of the main event falls behind.

|
 | Rankings and results will be made available in due course.
|
 | In case of any event failing to be started due to unforeseen
circumstances then all attempts will be made to find another
free date in the calendar. We have had this situation
arise and pushed the grand final back to rectify this problem,
however this may not always be possible.
|
 | If a tournament has started and failure to complete the
event is caused due to act of nature, power cut (this has
happened) or other reasons beyond our control then all players
remaining in the tournament will be asked to
complete their matches and or tournament at the next event.
This is because it affects rankings, our sponsors and the
integrity of the tour. |
Premier Pool Promotions Standard Rules
 | Premier Pool Promotions reserves the right to amend entry
lists up to and during the first round. The
tournament
directors decision is final.
|
 | Plate Events are run as free entry event wherever possible,
however no guarantee's that they will run can be made.
These events rarely start before 5pm at one day events. At
weekend events announcements will be made.
|
 | Premier Pool Promotions reserves the right to take 5% of the
actual prize pool towards running costs. These costs
include mobile phone costs, printing, meetings, event day costs,
website upkeep (our site is a full e-commerce site) and other
miscellaneous costs. Premier Pool Promotions aims to pay
out 100% of the advertised prize pool wherever possible, however players
must realise that this is not always possible.
|
 | Where Premier Pool Promotions takes entries above the 64
places paid they reserve the right to hold this additional money
and not add it to the prize pool. However in many
circumstances this is added to the fund.
|
 | Whilst we don't feel we needed to explain our business
decisions to the players we feel its in their best interests if
they know all our rules and regulations as Premier Pool
Promotions are not running these events to make vast sums of
money, they are being run for the players and as fairly as
possible without the organisers running the events at a loss
(which has happened). Some of the above rules are set to
prevent this from happening again as Darren and all the other
event staff put in vast amounts of their own time to ensure
events run smoothly. |
